Apologies for the gap between this post and my last one. It’s been an extremely busy and very positive time.
Over the festive season I had to check the first proofs of “Please Don’t Hurt Me“, the book I have helped Angela Bailey write and which is due to be published in April. I was delighted that the publishers have decided to go with the longer version of the manuscript and that the copy editor sent a complimentary message to Angela. We shall be having a big launch party in Nottinghamshire, in conjunction with Beat, on 17 April, and another launch in the Tun in Edinburgh on 29 April. Please get in touch if you are interested in attending either event. [Please search for more recent posts in the “Angela Bailey” category for an update on this!]
I have also landed a commission helping an amazing motivational speaker/personal development expert write about his methods. More about this later, I am sure!
Other writing work includes the transcription of a commissioner’s memoirs.
As far as my work in the Scottish Parliament goes, amongst recent projects I co-authored this report on red meat procurement.
Best wishes
Eric
